STEEL SIDING

Today’s tough steel siding withstands the elements without compromising great looks.

With the fluctuating temperatures of North Dakota’s climate, and the snow, rain, wind and hail that come with it, your home’s exterior needs uncompromising strength. Steel siding offers that level of protection. It also offers a finish that protects against dents and scratches,  providing tighter seams and a more rigid make-up that stays true to form without buckling or warping. Its structurally sound construction delivers peace-of-mind and freedom from maintenance.

VINYL SIDING

We will install vinyl siding in the Central City area, but we do not recommend its application, for obvious reasons. We feel that vinyl siding is inappropriate for the harsh, North Dakota climate where our temperatures can be as low as minus 40 degrees. Vinyl siding expands and contracts significantly and thus exhibits an inherent weakness in its structural component when it comes to the extreme temperature differences in our northern climate. 

However, as a homeowner, you have the freedom to decide which siding is best for your home, considering all other factors, such as your budget, the weather conditions, and aesthetics. What is important is that you are aware of the advantages and disadvantages of these siding materials so you can make the best decision.

We are skilled at the installation of all siding materials.  Regardless if your choice of siding is wood, vinyl, steel or composition, we can expertly install it.

At Central City Remodelers all of our workers are highly skilled craftsmen.  We take complete responsibility for their work and their safety.  Many homeowners don't realize the risk they assume when they employ unlicensed and uninsured contractors.  Think about it.  Who is liable for the cost when the uninsured worker gets injured while installing windows or siding on your home? 

We believe that home improvements should last as long as the home itself.  Why replace your roof, siding or windows every ten years?  We say, do it once and do it for good.
