STANDING SEAM STEEL ROOFING

At Central City Remodelers we encourage the installation of standing seam steel roofing, and here is why:

Our harsh North Dakota climate subjects the roofing system on our homes to extreme snow, ice, rain, cold and hail.

Composition shingles deteriorate with every snow fall or rain. If you don’t believe it, look at the base of your gutter’s downspouts after a heavy rain and you will see the tiny gravel that was washed away from your composition roof. During the winter, composition shingle roofs build up structural-damaging ice-dams on your roof. Composition roofs are easily damaged by hail, are leaky and have an average life of less than 10 years (regardless of the manufacturer's warranty).

Most standing seam steel roofing has a lifetime of 50 years or more. Standing seam steel roofing has a modern, fresh look. Most importantly, a standing seam steel roof is prefect for the harsh North Dakota climate because it sheds snow and ice, preventing ice-dams. No composition roof can last longer and be more hail damage resistant than a standing seam steel roof.

If you want your roof to last as long as your home, a standing seam steel roof is the best choice.

However, if you prefer the look of a composition roof and aren't as concerned about its longevity compared to a standing seam steel roof, our installers will do an excellent job of installing it to your complete satisfaction.

They operate without license from the state, no liability insurance and workman's compensation insurance.  Can anyone seriously think a person who takes no responsibility for his actions to the public or to his workers/ employees is going to warranty the quality of their workmanship?
